All intellectual property transfers to you upon full payment per SOW terms. We sign mutual NDAs as standard practice and treat your code and data with the highest confidentiality. We never reuse client code or share proprietary information.

We don't hire offshore for a majority of our contracts, but we do have offshore contractors that we trust and are available on request.
